Built Facebook fan base from 0 to 15,000 in 6 months.

Objective:
Increase Park Royal’s Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram fan engagement rates.

Approach:
In order to increase engagement rates, we started by setting up metrics that could be applied to all three social media platforms. The metrics of amplification rate (shares/post), conversation rate (comments/post) and applause rate (likes/post) were measured for the prior 6 months to establish a benchmark. From there we set, based on industry averages, measurable engagement objectives.

We analyzed existing posts to identify successful post formulas then combined learning with post best practices and creative ideas to deliver a plan that worked.

Result:
Exceeded social media engagement goals on Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram.
